Transcript Requests Can Be Made a Variety of Ways:
For out-of-state colleges, employers and scholarships make your request through Scriborder
Students who graduated within 2 years of their graduation year or current students who are applying to in-state universities, colleges, and technical colleges request transcripts via www.gafutures.org
Once a student makes a request through GA Futures, the transcript is sent electronically. This method should also be used by students who need transcripts sent to the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association). In addition, district students interested in a dual enrollment opportunity may also use this process. This service is free of charge.
Graduating Seniors Transcript Information: Final transcripts for seniors (early to mid-June) will be sent to in-state schools through the GA Futures transcript request process. A senior must request the final transcript for in-state schools using his/her GA Futures account.
Currently enrolled students or students who have graduated who are applying to out-of-state universities, colleges, and technical colleges, or who need a transcript for employment or other purposes - will need to utilize an online-option by going to https://pauldingga.scriborder.com. Once a request is made, the transcript is reviewed and delivered to the post-secondary school/corporation/other that the student has authorized. The online order is processed for a small fee per copy with credit card payment options. The request will be processed within 48 hours.
HOPE Transcripts: HOPE transcripts are available for all district students within 30 days of the close of each semester after transcript history is posted to district transcripts. The HOPE GPA is accessed through the student's GA Futures account. Students and parents/guardians should continually monitor the HOPE grade point average throughout high school. A graduating senior needs to be certain that the final HOPE GPA is accessible in late June in their GA Futures account.
Veryimportant: The district student information system must have the student's correct social security number and legal name. In addition, the student must have this information accurate in their GA Futures account to access the HOPE GPA. The student must also have him/herself linked to the correct high school on GA Futures.
